Really, gentleman, I'm getting quite concerned that some don't know how to treat a lady. Why, today, someone told me that they did something ridiculous like paying for themselves on a rendezvous.  Feminism is one thing, being gullible is another; if you're trying to be a strong woman make him pay for your date.

If this place can really access the future, then that means that I can get information. I need a doctor to contact me; as soon as possible if it's possible.

I'm sure that one of you thinks that tying a ribbon around my finger is cute, but I don't appreciate people breaking into my apartment and doing something so obnoxious. Now, considering that I've done everything possible to take it off or even find out where it's supposed to lead to, I think that I can say without any doubt that it's one of your fault.

Please rectify it.

[New York, 1961. You might see the city as Joan sees it, but it focuses on a certain hotel- The Plaza and Joan walking in. Then, another man enters the same room as her... and it fizzles out.

But, soon it comes back on for a very important pre-Valentine's day discussion!!!]

I'm really curious, considering how liberal you are with your language, what are the standards of romantic literature in the future or your worlds? I'm thinking that there's going to be certain words to help me through the dark and lonely nights.

You know the kind.

i'm asleep. o9 handwritten ; ic advice meme
Oh look, you're even in my dairy. I suppose I should be happy, but I hope you all know that it's quite rude to be in here. Nonetheless, while I have it open and I'm writing, I might as well address something.

The behavior that I'm seeing amongst the girls makes me really sad. I can understand why, since the majority of you act as if you're those very distressing young ladies that hang around hotels or are the room service. It just worries me that girls from the future act so dejectedly.

You're in luck, ladies, I'm actually going to pass down some words of wisdom. Really, you'd think that the future would make women smarter, not depressing.

Assuming that I haven't had too many cosmopolitans and that this is true, it's almost amazing to see how far the United States has come. A wireless way to send telegrams and an instant way to get a reply? My, isn't this almost overwhelming. Just yesterday we were talking about huge machines that could do calculations in a matter of minutes. I bet that the Soviets are going to look at this thing and scratch their heads.

I know that in romantic languages they have a plural "you", but is that how I address people ... I can't see?

Please respond if you read this. I'm actually quite curious to find out if it actually works.
