I wanna know everything I can about the idiot - he just so happens to have something belonging to my boss, and we need it back before I'm shipped off in a few days.

You misunderstand completely. He's a phantom thief, a gentleman, an artist. The point of stealing an object is to challenge someone to keep him from having it, not to possess it at all. He'll return it after he's satisfied by your response and how he deals with it, no doubt. As for seeking him out, why not just wait for him to reply to this very post? He is a member, and as I said, he already expects your challenge.

Well, his usual stomping grounds is in Ekoda, Japan. Hakuba and Nakamori-keibu both come from that world, too, and they're both assigned to his case. I've been to a number of his heists in the past, as well.
