Well, I've been training to be a ninja since I was a child so that I could protect everyone. In fact, I became a ninja when I was ten so I've been doing this for a long time. It can be a very hard profession though, especially now.

To grow stronger in order to protect those you care about is an admirable motivation. I can understand it.

I'm very sorry to hear that. War is never easy. I hope that you are able to come to a resolution quickly.

No, it isn't easy and that is why I've been doubling my training. I've also stepped up my students' training. Because of the war, ninjas are produced at even younger ages. My students are barely thirteen and we have been asked to run a few missions to try and gain an advantage in the war. I hope that it ends soon as well but I don't see an end in sight at the moment.

Well, I'd like to know how exactly this scroll, or community, works. Does anyone know how or why it suddenly appeared before me? Also, if what I have been told is just the basics as you've said is there anything else I should be aware of?

Unfortunately, no one knows how it works, as far as I can tell. But since you've been told that it's a communications device, the other thing you should know about is the viruses.
