Hello everyone, I am Daiki Kaitou, under the command of Fourteen. It is my hope we will get along. Anyone who resists will be brought in for re-education. I assure you it is painless, and people come out as the best people as possible. Polite, kind, everything for the betterment of humanity.

I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with the terms; could you explain? 'Kamen Rider' and 'Fourteen' both.

Kamen Riders threaten the world peace. They are armored warriors who use their powers to unbalance the world around them.

Fourteen is the being who rules this world with just cause, and the re-education system I set in place makes certain people are happy and peaceful.

A utopia is an impossible dream, Mr Kaitou. [she should know. sodding virus] If the world is tilted towards cruelty and misery, isn't seeking to unbalance it a moral necessity?

That would make power a prerequisite. Unless you can cite examples, I am unwilling to condemn someone for abilities alone.

With Fourteen's help, our dream is nearly achieved. My world is on its way to becoming nearly perfect.

The Kamen Riders of my world, seek to unbalance our world, and our deeds. They sew anarchy when they see it, and defeat precious Roaches in order to tilt the balance of power. I tried reasoning with them, but all they see is their own sense of justice.

How are you intending to create a perfect world? What do you define one as?

By educating the people of our world. To make a world peaceful, where you can smile at your neighbors and give them a friendly welcome. Where you can let people into your home without fear. That is my dream.

I'm the Area-manager, which means I work directly under Fourteen as his trusted worker. But I'm the one that developed the Education Center and all of the good work it's doing.

It's a mix of community services, real education and team building exercises that I designed. I'm very proud of it.

I'm okay with that. As long as the majority of the world is kept safe, I'm able to deal with the pockets of anarchy.

But that's the fundamental problem; if you are a tyrant, strife will follow you wherever you go. Peace is a matter of cooperation, not power.

The trouble is that the Kamen Riders are trying to destroy the world rule, which is be good to each other. It's been like this for years and I know that in the end we'll be able to do something about it.

Forgive me, but as the daughter of a politician it would be remiss of me to argue against democratic representation. It is my firm belief that differences of opinion should be dealt with through dialogue, not violence.

That's the thing: the Riders bring violence to our world. The rest of our world is at peace, save for this pocket of malice that filters through our world.
