If you got to see Artemis's archery skills during the zombie attack, then you might notice the skills used by a masked girl in a green costume familiar. Also, the face might look familiar, like when she realizes that yes, this is broadcasting, and looks over at the camera.]

[Another monkey comes at her, and she drops it with another arrow.]

[Well there was a familiar sight. Yayoi is going to glance over the lacrosse armor she had kept and washed up before waiting for Artemis to finish.

[It's later, and Artemis is back at home, still masked, and using her phone.]

Okay. How much do I have to explain?

Well first I want to know if that's a costume or if you transform.

Secondly, if the first, I wanna know who your tailor is because it is awesome.

It's a costume. I, um, made it myself based off Green Arrow's costume.

[She's blushing slightly.]

I would have had a skirt but you know, difference between us. It's still really awesome for a archer-style hero.

Hey, nothing against you guys, but skirts are not the best thing for jumping from rooftop to rooftop fighting criminals.

Oh we know. Why do you think we wear spandex under the skirts?

[archerartemis]

Yeah. I'll leave the miniskirts to Hawkwoman. At least she's got that big honkin' mace if someone peeks.

She has a giant mace? That is pretty cool.

Well I really like your outfit. it's really awesome.

Yes. And a husband, Hawkman. Which is pretty cool that they're both in the League together.

That is really cool. A married couple in a superhero team? That is amazing.

Yeah, I can't see the stitching but I guess that's the point huh?

Yeah, it is.

I purposely made sure it was easy to replace if it got too beat up. The bow is harder to replace, but I can always buy more arrows. It's not like I'm in the Justice League or have a mentor who can help replace that...or however Speedy, Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash do it.

Is your goal to get into the league I take it? Or something similar to that?

I wish. They'd never take someone like me. They'd have better luck with those new superheroes who showed up in Dakota. [She might've done her research on some of the new guys who appeared, if only so she could plan her own stuff.]

Never say never though. There's a lot of potential for people all the time.

Sure I'll take a bet on that. How much and what's the stakes?

Lunch, movies, and any activity chosen by the winner.

Oh, no. That's cheating. Like, if some rookies want to put a team together, then yeah, I stand a chance. But something Justice League sanctioned. With Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman's approval.

You have a point. Okay, bets on joining something Justice League sanctioned is a go then. We'll bet a day out on that ever happening.
