If my assumptions are correct, Kadaj has overwhelming feelings for this being correct? It is just cheaper for me to bring Kadaj out of dormancy and then have him killed rather than a whole army. If he believes that she is going to be the next JENOVA, I have an assumption that he will break out of that hold.
