The community often experiences viruses which have a tendency of hitting people at random. Some that I've seen have caused people to be tied together with no way to separate, make them think they were part of a fairy tale, experience their worst fears, or even change their personality around completely.

By the looks of things, this is one of them.

There are a fair few shinobi here, but the only others from the Hidden Mist are Kisame and Suigetsu.
