Does anyone know how to build a nuclear shelter? Please tell me someone around here can, we're all going to die here otherwise.

What's a nuclear shelter? What's going on? Why are you all going to die?

It's a shelter to protect against nuclear energy, isn't it? That's why we need one, there's a certain person with no morals learning how to use nuclear energy and then she's going to kill us all so that she can steal all our stuff.

There are several materials that will provide adequate protection from nuclear attack. Several inches of bricks, sand, or concrete are the most efficient. Build the shelter underground if at all possible for protection from the blast waves. Other important factors to consider are adequate air supply, the stockpiling of food and water, and provisions for basic sanitation. Also be sure to include a communication device such as a transistor radio.

I'm afraid I can't help you. Wish I could. Maybe Optimus will know...

...If you don't know what magic is, I'm not sure I can give a good explanation for it. The best explanation I can think of is to take science, and look at the exact opposite of that... That's magic. Both are pretty much viable, though magic's a lot more viable than science is around here.

I've heard of it before, but never in a real-world context. I did not expect your world to have it.

If it's only one adversary against many, it should be little work to take her out before she can do damage.

Well, most of the world doesn't, but the area where I am is kind of special.

One would think that, except it's not so simple. She's taken out hundreds of people a year in the manner of being outnumbered. From what I've been told, she's even dodged a nuclear blast at close range just a few days ago... That's also where she got the idea about learning how to do that sort of thing herself.

...Any enemy who can dodge a nuclear blast is truly formidable. Perhaps guerrilla tactics would be more effective; if you can attack her when she least expects it, the odds may be in your favor.

Well, I did some investigation like you suggested. It turns out that the whole thing was the result of a crow eating a Sun God and gaining the ability to create nuclear fusion from it. A result of gaining that power, she went insane and decided to take over the world, whereupon her friend started banishing evil spirits away from the underground as a makeshift distress call. The only ones that answered were that shrine maiden and the thieving witch...

The thing is, when the thieving witch got down there, she apparently set up an agreement with the newly nuclear crow so that she could learn how to create nuclear power with her magic... Which means that the thieving witch might be running around with nuclear magic in the future.

Well, taking it away from her is unlikely to work, considering that she's already more powerful than me, ignoring the occasional win I pulled off during the whole weather incident. someone gave some advice for how to build a nuclear shelter though, I'm going to see what I can do about that in the mean time. I'm kind of hoping she gets distracted by something shiny and forgets about learning how to use nuclear magic, but I don't really know if I can depend on that.

You know, the whole "mute" thing's wearing thin. How long have you been on here? Have you even said a single thing the entire time you've been here? If you have something to say, just say it don't creepily stalk people over the internet.
