I never thought that we would be able to make one of these engines so soon. It even looks a bit like the one Dr. Malone had, though it's bigger and not made with that false ivory stuff, and I like that this has proper typewriter keys instead of that little tray.

The Master was so kind to let me use this. He said that since I gave the scholars so many of the ideas and even sometimes helped them it was only fair.

I hope that we can figure out how to properly do cinema next. The scholars were all much more interested in this. Maybe we can use this to help make cinema!

The scholars at all the other colleges are going to be so mad once Jordan publishes about this. We're going to make more, too. Maybe someday I'll have my own. I wonder if I could make it myself, I know where the plans are. I'd need all the materials though. Maybe I could convince St. Sophia's to let me make one as a special project. I'll have to talk to the experimental theology department about that.

Ugh, it's bad enough I had to send that fool Nathaniel after Edward..but that no good little pretender to the throne is actually enjoying her banishment!? I can't believe this..there has to be a way I can get rid of her before my foolish stepson even finds her!

It certainly has been some time since I was here last. Parliament has kept me quite busy, what with a sudden rush of bills to be sorted through, signed and rejected before the long winter break.

To all the rest of you... I am having trouble gathering some information about certain things, like "digimon" and a type of... Device used by some men I happened across one day. All I have found are... Quite useless web pages, so any help would be appreciated.

So, it seems in this version of our world. I don't spend any time with my family. Gee, things just keep looking up and up between this and the "North Pole". Laura divorced Neal after they had Lucy because I was never there for Charlie and I have no idea where Ms. Claus, I mean Carol ran off too.

Well, least I have an idea on how to mend things back together when I get home. That is if the damage isn't already too deep there as well.

Speaking of Neal, Laura and Lucy, before all this time travel crazyness happened, those three went missing. Frost told me that they "went to get a drink with the Canadians", however, now I'm feeling that was a lie as well.

As much as I hate to ask, was that picture Frost posted of those two people frozen, true and not photoshopped?

I just pray they really aren't, else wise, I hope Mother Nature can thraw them
