[The video is extremely jumpy and grainy, and simply cuts to black more than a few times. What can be seen is Megaman.EXE, laying on his back, a wispy purple aura around him. Occasionally he shouts and writhes as if in pain, and every time he does is when the picture cuts out a few times.]

Megaman! Megaman, can you hear me?

[The audio is staticy, jumping slightly whenever the picture did, but it's in generally better shape than the video. The scene stabilizes for just a moment and we see something glowing seem to enter his chest, before the Navi lets out a pained scream that starts to lean towards a roar and the aura around him whips violently. The audio's cutting out worse than before.]

M--aman! I ha--lp him, guys! M--! MEGAMAN!

[The video jumps and blurs worse than ever before cutting out completely just as teal, almost lion-like armor is visible around him. The audio lets over a deep, guttural growl, then static, and finally nothing.]


((Based on similar instances in the two latest games of his canon. Those involved in the Dark Megaman mini-plot can continue, backdating if needed, but for all intents and purposes consider it over and Mega back to normal. All replies will ICly be about an hour after this was posted.))

Ah, rather strange, but it seems as though a building a few streets down from my own hotel unexpectedly blew up in the middle of the night.

I do hope they weren't looking for anything, I'm relieved to say that building was empty.

I'm so sorry for how rude I've been to you guys, lately. [Visible twinge] I've been under a horrible amount of stress thanks to--... [FORCED] NOT... SO NICE... People. But that's okay~! This is my community-wide apology! I just hope we can get along~

That virus wasn't so bad, was it? Nothing too terrible can come from being nice and polite to everyone. Some of the people were a little unnerving being so kind and cheerful, but it wasn't as bad as most of the viruses that happen here.

But since this community is known for switching positives into negatives; did anything negative come from this virus?

[The video clicks on and Birkin's smiling. And not his usual uber creepy smile, either. He's smiling rather sweetly. His moths are fluttering around his face.] It's just such a great day! This is so great having everyone be nice to each other, isn't it? I mean, I'm sure Wesker's annoyed, but that's just him. You all can just ignore him for now, I'm sure I can convince him to live and be nice~

Speaking of Wesker, I suppose now would be as good a time as any to apologize for his behavior. As much as I love and respect him, sometimes his views can be a little... Dangerous for others. So, I'm sorry to anyone that might have gotten hurt because of him, either directly or indirectly. The same goes for me. I really don't mean to be so mean. But with this virus, I'll be able to turn over a new leaf!

[He giggles for a moment and then gives the camera a look that can only be interpreted as "Kill me" before starting up again with the obscene happiness.] So, let's start over. Hi~ I'm William Birkin!

You know, I've been lucky so far when it comes to the viruses in this place but I really wish I had brain bleach sometimes. 

Anyways, I have a question about forgiveness.  I guess maybe it's more like a poll.  The question is if you think it's possible to forgive someone for past mistakes or not.  Do you think it's possible to maybe look past the pain that someone has caused you or someone else?  Or is there a point when it's just too much to forgive and all you should do is just walk away?

It's all about moving on with your life after all, right?

...I don't think anyone outside of Kaitou Kid has managed to traumatize and mortified the entire second division of the police force before.

But apparently I did yesterday. Went into work under the affects of that virus and everyone was worried I was going to snap in a worse way than the Gold Seal of the Last Pharaoh heist.

All because I was nice and polite all day.
