I can't be the only one here who sees the value in lacking emotional attachment. For those of you who don't- most of you, I'm assuming- try to think about what it would be like. You'd never have to answer to anyone else, or do something that you didn't want to do, or explain yourself at all. You wouldn't have to think about how your most trivial words or actions would affect a person or a group of people, and you wouldn't have to worry about them hurting or limiting you in any way. Even the traditional obligations of family would be obsolete if you simply didn't care.

It sounds liberating, doesn't it?

There'd be no reason to live like that. Being alone is the worst thing of all.

No.

I think we already established that you're a crazy brat. Moving along happily now~

Mmm. This community lacks intelligent women. You seem to be one of the few.

You're not alone in this. I'm well aware of many more people who feel the same way. Although they wouldn't make it so public, it's obvious how they have limited, if any, attatchment to anyone or anything in this world.

I honestly don't understand how people can get such contentment from making "friends" or anything of the like. It's a waste of time.

Without my son, my brothers or my friends I wouldn't want to live.

I wonder how long it will take for them to realize that 'friends' and 'allies' don't always mean the same thing.
maraich: (Hmph)

So says the person who just posted a poll asking how someone feels about her.

I'd say the same for my co-workers. And I live with the fact that apparently, I am expendable as well.

If you're willing to use others, it's best to be aware that you're likely being used as well.

I can see how much you don't care by the way you research things you don't care about.

Azula, you're being ironic.

Since you berate me constantly for not caring enough.

Is that so? And what makes you so high on the food chain?
