[Prim's daydream is entirely focused on one person: her sister Katniss]
[in it, she's returning home to District 12 where she's met by a large, cheering crowd-- but she ignores them all, and heads directly over to her family; to her mother and Prim, who is holding a rather terrifying-looking yellow cat]
It's over.
[she sounds incredibly weary, but relieved]
Don't worry. I won, and they're not going to send me back out there a third time. Even when the next Quarter Quell comes, they never repeat things. I'm safe.
[the video closes in on Prim's smiling, relieved face, and she speaks herself]
We're all safe.
[anyone who knows about the Games knows that that's not true-- Prim's years under the cut-off date for them herself, and there's the whole thing with people suspecting that they're rigged based on how many younger siblings of former tributes are eventually picked]
[but this is a daydream, not reality, and in this daydream, "we're all safe" is completely true]
