Vanille and another woman are standing outside an apartment building. The older woman's arm is around Vanille's shoulder. She looks almost relieved. "We're going to stay here, right, Fang?"
The older woman laughs. "And why not? Damn it, missy, I don't think I could convince you to go--you know I can't risk letting you out of my sight again."
Vanille smiles, gently. Happily. "Because we promised, right?"
Fang ruffles Vanille's hair gently. "Sure did. We won't ever be separated again, it doesn't what happens," she says.
Vanille turns around and wraps her arms around her. "I missed you so much, Fang..."
She doesn't say anything and just returns the hug.
