[The video feed starts to a room that's only lit by the monitor and what could possibly be a very brightly lit window that's only slightly visible. Other than that, there isn't much else visible. That is until a young woman with lavender hair comes walking into frame, looking at a file she's carrying. Glancing over at the computer, she looks directly at the camera then hurries over, sitting down in front of the computer. She glances back behind her as though trying to see what was visible to the camera. Then she turns back]

I wonder who turned this on. [As she starts trying to figure out what has come up on the computer] None of the staff mentioned this. Wang Liu Mei didn't either.

Yep, different universes. A lot of them are just different versions of Earth, but there's some really weird ones out there.

As far as stalking goes, popular theory says the community's sentient, and honestly, I'm kinda inclined to believe them. It likes to broadcast things you'd rather weren't broadcast.
