[ The first man looks, his vision 'odd' due to the blue lights from his eyes ]

Man 1: Bingo. 21 meters, there.

[ The woman screams, blasting out the glass and hitting Helen along with it. And the video cuts off. What the hell? ]

[Ohai. This probably isn't surprising, right? She just likes to ~~stalk you~~ keep tabs on you. After all, you intrigue her and she legit stalked Myka for a few episodes anyway, it's not like this is new behaviour or anything.]

My previous entry [ She means the one she actually posted, not her memories ] referred to my work and a decision I made surrounding it. I went to Africa as a follow up to that.

[There's a brief moment of confusion on Helena's end as she searches the unintentional memory entry until she realizes that Helen did not, in fact, mean that particular post. Well, that makes so much more sense.] Oh, of course. It certainly seems to have gone well. [And there's the disapproving look again.]

[ Ignoring that look again. So many challenges, so unused to it ] That hiccup was not of my doing. [ For once ]

It doesn't matter whose fault it is. Just don't let it happen again. [She talks to few enough people as it is, she doesn't want something happening to you.]

I could hardly predict that we'd be robbed. [ Has her reputation reached the community already? Damn ]

I'd have thought something along those lines would have been implied - I hardly do this for my enjoyment. [ You don't want to feel a sonic blast. Ever ]

You never know. It can be quite enjoyable, given the correct circumstances. [But that's just H.G. She likes diving headfirst into danger sometimes.] But if it doesn't interest you, I'm not going to judge you. [Yeah, that... might not be pleasant. At all.]

If done in moderation, yes. [Lowers her voice to a conspiratorial whisper] Such fights can make marvelous stories later on.
