[looks like the community has intercepted one of the Capitol's broadcasts again-- this time it shows a smartly-dressed reporter standing on the roof of a building, surrounded by government agents with guns; behind them, a burning city block can be seen, with firefighters working to quell the blaze]

[the reporter speaks directly to the camera]

For those of you just tuning in, we're coming to you live from a residential neighborhood in the Capitol, where a District terrorist group has just staged an attack on an evacuated apartment block. Peacekeepers were able to quickly discover their hideout and neutralize the threat. Among the dead are their leader [static] Boggs, Gale Hawthorne of District 12, Cressida [static], a former Capitol resident and traitor, and former Hunger Games victors Finnick Odair of District 4, and Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark of District 12.

As far as we know, no citizens have been killed.
