7 Arranged Roses [Filtered from Schuldig]

[Chloe sits in a flower shop people have likely seen before. A pair of crutches rest near him, but there's no visible reason for them -- he's deliberately only showing himself from te waist up. Arrangements of colorful flowers cover the table next to him as well as the counter behind him. He adjusts a pair of deep blue wire-rimmed glasses when they slide down his nose and looks down at a piece of paper under his right hand for a moment.]

Many people here from a version of Earth are likely aware that Valentine's Day is in a week. For those unaware, it's a holiday focused on giving gifts to those you care for romantically. It can also be a day to confess your feelings if you've been hiding them. Different countries handle it differently, but that's the basics of it. One traditional gift is flower arrangements such as the ones you can see around me. If there's someone willing to serve as a taxi, we'd be open to delivering arrangements to other worlds assuming some payment can be worked out. And by "we", I mean my coworkers who also have community access. I broke my leg thanks to an icy sidewalk and I'm in no condition to do anything other than make the arrangements.

If your world has flowers with special meanings or that you consider to be beautiful, it shouldn't be hard to work those in as well, as long as we're provided them from the beginning of your request.

[He looks at the paper again for a moment before Chloe's attention returns to the computer.]

Other holidays in other worlds would be an interesting challenge for me to work with if you'd like flowers for them at any point. I enjoy beauty and I believe I can find it even in customs that aren't familiar to me. In addition, the one in charge of our finances would appreciate every bit of additional income even though we're hardly struggling.

[Chloe's certain that Ken and Aya won't be pleased with him volunteering them for this, but they can talk it over in person and learn his reasons for it. But it seems like he's said all he wants to now, so he takes his reading glasses off, grabs his crutches, hops towards the camera, and turns it off.]
