No. We only get a child if that child's life is completely miserable and there's no one around trying to help him or her out.
Then, once the child is completely happy or they've stopped believing in faeries well...we go back to faerie world until the next child.
[She doesn't like that part, because usually the child forgets but the God Parents always remember.]
