[Lancer still wasn't entirely sure how this happened. One minute he was just going into the city to look around and see how much had changed, the next he happened to see a 'help wanted' sign in a window...then a lot of other things happened, and he wound up here.]

['Here' being where the community would eventually join him through its usual embarrassingly-timed video.]

[As it happened, the end result of this fine afternoon would find one Lancer in glasses and civilian clothes, standing behind the counter of Fuyuki City's flower shop. While the conversation couldn't quite be picked up, he seemed to be talking to a small group of eager high school age girls...a little awkwardly, but smiling all the same. After a few minutes of that they each bought a couple of flowers--Lancer gave them a small but respectful bow, and they all quickly left while giggling to themselves and blushing.]

[Once they were out of sight and he was effectively on his own, the Servant sighed and adjusted the glasses he wore--this was a little more stressful than he'd anticipated, even with Kefka's amulet safeguarding him. But it wasn't so bad. He did like flowers, at the very least.]

I have to admit...I'm still not quite sure how to deal with most women normally. It's one thing over the community, but doing so in person is a little difficult.
