[Accidental Video]

[The video is set up on an empty view of Jane's "base". In a second you might start to hear someone humming, and then suddenly, Darcy is moonwalking into view. She's got a brand new iPod in her hand, the earbuds rest snugly in her ears. She obviously hasn't taken notice of the fact that she is being recorded because she continues to dance around like no one's looking. There's a sweet mix of disco moves and various other white-as-white-can-get dance moves.

However, she suddenly freezes up, mid-hip thrust. Her hand clenches tightly around the iPod as she lifts it up to view the screen. She's frowning deeply, her teeth gritted together. Her voice, as she speaks is dripping with disdain.]

Coulson.

[And the video cuts off there.]

[...found the surprise he left on there, did she?]

Glad to see you're putting your iPod to use already, Ms. Lewis.

You probably should have, yes.

But what is life without a surprise or two?

What the-

He gave you a new ipod?

Life has a tendency to shatter quotas like that on principal alone.

What's your area of study again?
notmyfirstrodeo: (watching for trouble)

It is. Sometimes it's nice to pretend we're having a normal conversation though.

A political scientist working with an astrophysicist. That's an interesting mix. [And she's good with a taser.] Have you considered your eventual career path?

What the hell did you do to get that out of him?
notmyfirstrodeo: (field work)

Funny how things work out, isn't it?

[Little nod.] I can see that. Understanding people is a pretty crucial skill in a lot of positions. Comes in handy in my line of work. ...some are beter than others.
notmyfirstrodeo: (that's not going to work)

Actually, that's a surprisingly easy thing to figure out. If you're not a thirteen year old girl, the answer is universally Justin Bieber.

One of those weird absolute truths, I guess.

Look for it? No. It's labeled something completely different. Think of it like a scavenger hunt.

What did Agent Coulson do?

[...what is she doing.

Ezio is kind of... tilting his head right now, confused as to what you've got in your hand and the dance moves you're pulling, Darcy.]

Allora... that is an... interesting thing you're doing, madonna.
cravats: (reluctance?)

And I will assume that in spite of the parts of that sentence I don't understand that this is a heinous crime.
