Occasionally, he will select a book and tuck it under his arm. In another part of the room is a large trunk. Yes, it is that time of year again - the time when young witches and wizards all over the United Kingdom prepare to return to Hogwarts. And - professors prepare to leave ahead of the students to prep classrooms and go over courses of instruction with the Headmaster.

Of course, Severus isn't just a teacher at Hogwarts - he is also a researcher and protector - and that is why he is packing more than just his lesson plans and course books in his trunk. Who knew what the next year would bring after the Dark Lord making a brief reappearance the previous year? The Dark Wizard did not want to be rushing back to his house at Spinner's End at a crucial moment to fetch a book or potion.]
