[ What a question. She's never really thought about it. ] I believe the method of burial is dependent on one's status and what one's family decides to do with your body. Some are given grave markers, others are given entire monuments, and some are simply tossed into a pit. There is not much of a choice.

Some would not be able to afford a grave; I doubt there are always those that can afford the luxury of trust.
