A Chansey is a type of Pokemon. It is the only way I can really describe it. I think she called it a 'fairy' though.

As for why I do not like the fact that yet another human has joined us, the answer is simple. I hate humans with a burning passion.

Then again, no giant monster attack today, so at least I didn't have to help evacuate the school for five minutes again.
