[Ventus is coming down the pedestrian walkways on what is, as usual, one of his brother's skateboards. But, as usual, it's been experimented on and "tricked out". Anyone who knows Ventus and his tests will soon get out of the way.

Pressing a button on the remote in his hand, Ven manages to get the board, or glider as he's now calling it, into the air and across the walkway. But after about a minute, the rocket boosters burn out and he crashes down into a rubbish bin.]

Well...that was progress.

[Ven climbed out of the bin, looking a little sheepish and picking up the several pieces that were left of his brother's board.]

Nope. Fun mainly.

[ his skateboard's gone missing again, and he knows without having to ask who the culprit is.

a shame he completely failed to get there in time to save it from its fiery fate. it takes him a while to get there (though he has no trouble following the trail of carnage that's been left behind), but once he gets there, have an extremely incensed Roxas giving the side of that bin a good whack. :| ]

Ven? When you get outta there, you're finished!

[Gulp. Then again, Ven is surprised it's taken this long before he was "finished". He slowly and carefully extracts himself from the bin, giving it back the contents that had been attached to himself before taking a few steps back from his younger brother.]

Oh hi Roxas. I made you another skateboard. Now you have two smaller ones. [He grins, still backing up and showing off the two halves that had once been the new board.]

[Extracting himself from the bin, Ven smiles.] Yeah. It's progress. But I think I owe my brother a new skateboard. [Note to two halves by the burnt out rocket booster.]

...you gonna need band-aids in the dorm when you get back?

For a change, no. Just a long shower. [He says, putting the banana skin back into the bin.]

Okay. Just, you know, don't crash and die on the way back to the dorms or anything.

I'm more likely to die of fratricide.

Maybe you shouldn't record these things, if that's the case.

If I don't record them, how am I meant to improve them?

[Roxas looks really angry this time. Though it had been just a matter of time before this happened anyway.]

Yeah. But you're not on a rocket powered skateboard, are you?

Then you're probably not going to be able to afford food at this rate. Am I going to have to sneak you food from the dining hall?

Maybe that's all the more reason not to ride the skateboard.
