[There's a girl on the comm that you haven't seen before. She seems to be looking down at something in her hands; it's hard to tell through clearing smoke. The room she's in is somewhat large, and is presently covered in soot, as if something's exploded recently. ]

A duck? What's this do...? Oh, I hope I didn't mess up the recipe somehow...

[And now she looks around at the state of the room she's in.] Uh-oh... Ceci's gonna be mad that I made a mess of my workshop again. What am I gonna do?

[And down at her hands again.] Wait, what's this showing me? Some kind of... I don't even know what this is. People talking to each other? And more ducks? I wish I knew what that recipe was supposed to give me. I don't know if this is a mistake or not.

It's not cooking, it's alchemy. Although Miss Rorona can make really good pie with alchemy... And where's here?

Well, not now I can't. I don't have the materials, or the skill. I'd just get a lump of ash if I tried now, I think. But if I had the right ore to process, and I was a little better... probably.

I've only been an alchemist for a little while, so I'm not that good yet.

No, no, an alchemy recipe! Like, mix a few things together and get something completely different out. This was wood, grass, and a catalyst, and I got back a wooden charm of a duck, about as big as my hand. And it shows people, apparently.
