Well, that was an interesting two weeks. Honestly, I think I was much more relaxed during that time than I have been in... a long time, actually. And I had a lot of fun. If that's what I'm going to be like in a few years, I think I'd be all right with that.

Anyway, everything was great. Right until it ended, and everything was still there in my memories. There were a few things I said that... will cause problems, if they actually happened. A lot of problems.

Um... I know I haven't been here long, and a lot of you don't know me well, but I need some advice. What do I do if... [She sighs.] If I may or may not have a crush on someone I know? Someone I'm friends with, but that I'm not sure I'm close enough to if I wanted to go further?

And really, I know the feeling. I felt so different for those two weeks. Like I didn't have to care about what other people thought, because I was someone who naturally attracted people no matter what she did. I felt free, for the first time in a long time. I would do anything to feel that again.

[Itsuki's just taken a sip from a cup of tea when Yayoi elects to drop this news. She reacts in the most ladylike way possible: by sputtering, spraying tea everywhere, and nearly choking.]

[After a few moments of coughing:] What!? You're going to...!?

Y-Yayoi! [Okay, this is getting out of hand... and a voice in the back of her head is cheering. There are two more trying to hold the first one down.]

Look, I appreciate it, but...! [Is she blushing? She is!]

Are you blushing? OH goodness you are, that's so cute!

I am? [She puts her hands to her face, her eyes widening in alarm as she realizes it.] I am. Ugh, this just keeps getting better...

I know it was something I said myself back then, and it certainly sounded like a good idea at the time, b-but I'm not entirely sure it's a good idea now!

But why not? You two are in the prime of your lives, and dating a little wouldn't hurt. [Are you going to deny Yayoi her ship, Ichuki?]

I-! [Itsuki stops, taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly, her eyes closed. After a little while, she opens her eyes again and gazes at Yayoi.]

Maybe you're right. I know we've had this conversation already, but maybe I do need to just let go. I get the feeling she won't react too badly... I hope.

Believe me, it's pretty obvious that she's got a thing for you already.

And what was that about Sena? [Itsuki didn't pay a whole lot of attention to the other tables at the bar that night. She was rather occupied with her own visitors.]

Yeah I know, but.. the more I look at it, the more I think you two would make a good couple.

[Yayoi coughed a little.] She and I... made out that night. I need to really ask if we're actually still a thing.

Don't I know it. My whole life up to now has been one big case of that. [She sighs.] And if you really think so... maybe it's worth a shot. Hopefully she doesn't get freak out and collapse, or something. My plan of attack might have to change, though.

[Itsuki raises an eyebrow.] You and Sena, huh? I definitely didn't see that one coming. I think it could work, though. Not that I know her on this side...

She is super excitable. I see why you're drawn to Tsubomi-sempai's energy.

Yeah, Sena and I. She's a little older than I am, but I just turned fifteen so...

She means well, she's just... [She waves a hand absently, fishing for the right word.] Once she gets an idea in her head, she doesn't stop for anything. It's a great quality, but it gets her into trouble. [She smiles.] But you can't help but get swept up in it, either.

Somehow I don't think Sena will mind too much. She's not the kind of person that would let a year or three get in the way of her ambitions.
