Unfortunately, beggars cannot always be choosers when it comes to survival. And I am sure there must be some people in this city who would not aggravate you too much, surely?

And what does Roxy think of all this? I do not believe that I've heard her input on the matter. Though as it stands I would gladly take her myself if it were not for the fact that I have also been made a Weapon in this situation. [ if only to make sure the poor girl doesn't get herself killed. ]

She's insistent about us working together, but she's drunk and an idiot. It's clearly not going to work. We just can't synchronise at all.

I can certainly see how her inebriation would cause problems. Though, have you any idea why she is so insistent?

None. Probably for some stupid reason - like, that she believes in teamwork or something.

That is not such a bad thing to believe in. Though I will admit that it it works better in practice when all involved understand their place in the matter concerned.
