...I passed my Mark of Mastery exam. But our friend Terra didn't.

There was...something wrong. Some kind of darkness. None of us know what it was, but the Master felt he needed to control it better before he could become a Master.

For a moment, there was a bit of darkness circling his hand, right in the middle of our duel. It was only there for an instant, but I guess it scared Master Eraqus and Master Xehanort enough that they thought he should work harder to control it before taking the exam again.

I don't know. Master Eraqus has been like a father to Terra nearly all his life, so hearing this from him makes it twice as hard, I think.

I don't know. Something went wrong during the exam to begin with, before Terra ever showed that darkness. I don't know why the Masters didn't stop the exam or invalidate the results once Terra started having that happen.

It was this strange, shadowy power around one of his hands for a moment--almost like he was trying to use magic. As soon as he noticed it, he managed to get it to go away, but I guess that was enough for them to worry it might happen again.
