[Dib nods] He's this alien you see and is trying to takeover the Earth. Granted he didn't think some human would try and stop him but now that I've discovered his weakness, I'm going to burn him.

Well, you see today after skool it started raining and Zim was hesitant about stepping outside. Like he didn't know what rain was... So naturally I proceeded to go on how he's not human in front of everyone to provoke him and when he was outside in the rain he started to burn... [Dib rubs his hands together furiously with a mad scientist look on his face]

[That's a bit of a creepy look, Dib...though the entire idea of aliens being reactive to water makes sense. It is, in all technicality, a chemical.
