[angelicbadass]

[The feed clicks on to reveal the inside of a temple of sorts. In there stands a lone angel who looks around the room with a mixture of curiosity and worry in his expression. So far, he dosen't seem to realize the video is recording.]

Okay, something is very, very, very wrong here. How did I end up back at the temple? Shouldn't the credits be rolling now that I beat Hades?

[He begins to call out some names.]

Lady Palutena? Viridi? Pittoo?! Phosphora?! Anybody?! ...Hades?! ...wait a minute, I fried you with a giant laser. Why the heck would I wanna talk to you?

[He paces back and forth across the floor trying to think about everything that's happened until his eyes see the journal recording. Pit walks over and picks it up.]

Uh, this thing was recording everything wasn't it? Well, might as well introduce myself. My name's Pit. Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

Sure, guess I'll try to help. Well, you've kind of gotten yourself broadcasted to some kind of magic internet community that finds us really interesting for some reason.

[angelicbadass]

[That gets a raised eyebrow from Pit. He knows about the internet, but he doesn't remember it doing things like this.]

So, you're saying the internet is... alive?! That's freaky!

[willtolove]

Sure, I guess? It's kind of weird, really.

[angelicbadass]

Well, what else can it do? [Pit wants to be ready for anything.]

[willtolove]

Well, sometimes it sends us places. I've heard some of the places it sends us aren't the best, but I've only ended up at parties, which are pretty cool.

[angelicbadass]

What kind of places?

[willtolove]

[shrug] Mostly, it seems like vacation stuff. It took us on a cruise once for Christmas, and that was cool.

[angelicbadass]

Well, as long as it's nothing weird. I'm Pit, by the way. What's your name?

[willtolove]

Nice to meet you! I'm Will.

[angelicbadass]

So Will, are you anywhere near Skyworld?

[willtolove]

Don't think so. We've got Earth world and Meridian world, but no Skyworld I've ever heard of.

[angelicbadass]

So you're in a different world than me. What's Meridian like?

[willtolove]

Well, it seems like it'd be nice, if not for the tyrannical dictator.

[angelicbadass]

Bad Guy, huh? Figures. Why do Evil Overlords always try to ruin things for everyone?

[willtolove]

I know, right? Honestly, everyone there seems perfectly happy to party all the time if they could. But Phobos is determined to suck the fun out of everything.

[angelicbadass]

Phobos, huh? Let me guess, he already rules Meridian and was planning to take over Earth, right?

[willtolove]

Pretty much. Right now, he's trying to cement his hold on Meridian, but he doesn't seem too against invading Earth to try to find his sister, who was taken here for her own protection when she was a baby.

[angelicbadass]

I had to deal with someone like that. His name's Hades, the God of the Underworld. My world's a pretty nice place until the Underworld Army starts acting up. Hades started a war between the humans so he could harvest their souls. But I managed to stop him.

[willtolove]

Okay, note to self: Make sure nobody starts harvesting souls.

[angelicbadass]

[That gets a laugh out of Pit.]

Well, it looks like you don't have to worry about that.

[willtolove]

Yeah, I hope so.

[angelicbadass]

Well, it was nice meeting you, Will. Why don't you come visit Skyworld sometime? It'll be fun.

[willtolove]

Sounds great, but right now, it looks like my world might be locked. Don't know why portals don't keep out the bad stuff and let in the fun stuff, but I don't make the magical veil thingies.

[angelicbadass]

What do you mean "locked?"

[willtolove]

See, there's two worlds--my world, Earth, and Meridian. And there's supposed to be a mystical Veil keeping the evil in Meridian from threatening Earth. But it keeps getting holes in it. Sometimes, it's a good thing, since it means we can go to Meridian and fight the bad guys, but a lot of times, it's bad because it means that they can attack us here, and most of the time, it's annoying because I can't go to visit anyone else's world or do anything fun unless the community decides to open a portal.

[This is all said in one breath before she sighs in frustration.]
