(no subject)

Today I asked Adam why I was really here, in this community... he never told me the reason. He did, however, say that I hide my face too much.

Hmph... some helpful mentor he is.

You're not the only person here who hides his face. It's understandable.

That seems like a good reason to me.

Although, if you'll allow me to pry a bit, what does feel like your real face?

Well, that's fine, then, right? Your real face is the one you're always showing.

You should do what you want to do. Don't worry so much about what other people think you should do.

Many people hide many things, and there's usually a legitimate reason behind it. This isn't anything wrong.

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 09:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Am I correct in guessing that you have, or a similar reply at least?

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 09:34 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't know, I've met some pretty open AIs...

Illogical though they may be, they must be important to you.

1/2

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 09:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes. That makes quite a lot of sense.

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 09:51 pm (UTC)(link)
What one identifies themselves as is quite important. It can certainly be completely different from what others see and think of them. But... from what I've experienced seen, what you are is also a part of your identity. It's just... sometimes more difficult to meld the two sides together.

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 10:04 pm (UTC)(link)
No, I'm afraid not. I take it that's your name?

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 10:10 pm (UTC)(link)
My name is Girouette, Giro for short.

[identity profile] awakeningadvent.livejournal.com 2008-08-13 10:40 pm (UTC)(link)
A pleasure to meet you too.

Although I'm not sure if I helped any...

Heh, sound like he have a twisted sense of humor. I’m Nancy, a pleasure to meet you.

An AI? The technology of your world is more advanced than mine then.

you have a very pretty machine. who wouldn't want to put it on display? i'm rarely out from behind the controls of this machine myself.

I must admit that I am curious. Are you involved in some way with the Master Chief?

[identity profile] penitentjustice.livejournal.com 2008-08-14 03:48 pm (UTC)(link)
My apologies. Your armour brought to mind the green exoskeleton worn by the Master Chief.

[identity profile] penitentjustice.livejournal.com 2008-08-21 03:38 pm (UTC)(link)
That is the one. I am unfamiliar with this 'Chozo'. Is it a type of earth sausage?
