I'm afraid that the only one out of those you mentioned that I'm familiar with is Vile, and he's been disposed of. But what's this about your brother "Mega Man"?

Interesting, your description sounds very familiar... My creator was also called "Dr. Light." The more I speak to people here, the more strange coincidences I find, it seems.

I think the Mega Man X I met was a Light 'bot. Never did talk to him much.
