This is message from the Office of Defense.
Citizen along the Western Coastal region, Junon and Edge are likely to hear loud explosions and/or see them occur. Do not panic, this is a routine testing of the new ShinRa Cannon, built to better defend the citizens of Gaia.
If you find yourself without power and/or electricity, contact your local ShinRa Electrial Company agent, there will be dispatch teams all across the continent. PHS "power" to SHINRA if you are not nearby.
