[He obeys Katara, hastening back to help her control his sister.

[The two work on chaining Azula up, first fixing her hands together and then attaching the chain to a column-- it's tough, and takes several minutes of wrestling her into submission, but they finally get it done.

[Once the Fire Lord is secured, Zuko and Katara just let her drop to the ground, slumped and tired still from the fight.

[Katara casts her an uneasy glance, as Azula hasn't ceased screaming and kicking, but the look on Zuko's face is tense and unreadable, almost stony. He has been ready for this moment for a long time, but the immediacy of it was different. Huge.]

[Katara nods in agreement, resting a hand on his arm in silent support.

[Doing their best to ignore the hysterical girl on the ground behind them, the two victors turn to face the palace, visibly overwhelmed and shocked that they had won. That it was over.]

Souzin's Comet has passed, the Order of the White Lotus successfully whooped the Fire Nation right out of town and right now, Iroh is at the Order's little camp outside the city, brewing tea and writing out his thoughts in a little book he keeps with him.]

It is good to see the Earth Kingdom's soldiers patrolling the streets of Ba Sing Se again, but more importantly, it is good to see her people already putting their lives back on track. With the Earth King absent and the Dai Li scattered between here and the Fire Nation, Bumi has taken the clean up and restoration of order in hand, until the Earth King returns from his sojourn.

For now, I await news from the Fire Nation.

In case anyone was wondering thanks to the post we accidentally made yesterday...

It's over. We managed to secure the Fire Nation palace for ourselves. Aang did his part by taking down Ozai too, and then proceeded to order everyone to cease fighting. I think... without Azula or Ozai to tell them otherwise, they'll listen.

It's really, finally, truly, over.
