[ There's some shuffling as Rory hangs up his phone and looks on the screen. What is this duck thing that just interrupted his phone call to his mom. (She's really going to think something funny is going on if that keeps happening.)

The most confused tone of voice as he asks himself, as he isn't quite aware anyone can hear him. ]

My phone can't have broken already.

[The video turns on to show a slightly wooded area. A man with light hair is up against one of the trees, his upper-body outlined in daggers. A few paces away stands Cassian a dagger, just like the ones in the tree, in his hand.]

Now is the time for you to prove to me that what you said earlier is true. You said that you don't fear anything. Now let's see how strong the bond between the two of you is.

[He brings the dagger up, preparing to throw it.]

If you really don't fear for your own life, then let's see you try to move.The next one's gonna go straight through your throat...

[Cassian tilts his wrist back but, just before he throws it, a distant crash catches his attention and he looks away.]

Looks like it's already begun.

[Just as he's looking back, the other man pushes away from the tree in an effort to escape.]

Bastard!

[Cassian throws the dagger but the rest of the scene goes dark as the video broadcast ends.]

I am not very good at this. I feel silly. I haven't even tried dialogue yet.

[ Even as the image starts running, there's a moment where this girl just stares, almost scrutinizing and with a clear annoyed expression on her face. After she's done with her little inspection, she instead brushes back some of her red hair though and speaks up, her deadpan tone suiting her frown. ]

So this place is where that guy is wasting all his time while there are more useful things to be done, huh? Some sort of thing that connects multiple worlds together.. it almost sounds like something those witches would think up. [ She's done her research a little already, apparently. The girl lets out a sigh. ] How bothersome.

In that case, I would at least like to request the people who know Battler Ushiromiya to let him focus on more important stuff other than letting him constantly fool around with this place to his heart's content. He has already been fooling around enough with the witches as-is, he definitely doesn't need anymore distractions.

[ There's a small pause after that, as if she's considering something, but then there's a slight tilt of her head. ]

One last question though, I guess. ... What's up with the ducks theme? Doesn't that just come out of nowhere? How ridiculous.

The Christmas season is here, and Aeon has been quite busy. I think he's made enough cozonac to feed the village three times over... But it does have me wondering...

I don't know much about other cultures and traditions, so I was wondering, what sort of things do you make, like baked goods, for the Christmas season? Or winter festivals, if you don't celebrate this certain holiday?

Finally it's almost Christmas holidays and I can get away from this stupid place.

It's really pitiful that some people have no real family and have to stay at Hogwarts over Christmas. I'm glad I'm not that type.

Meanwhile this community continues to pester me so do something useful, will you all? As I said, it's Christmas soon. All gifts can be sent directly to the Malfoy Manor at Wiltshire.
