When these cards were first created, there was not strict guideline to what these cards could do or not do. They had set functions, but as magic itself is a very ambiguous, there are many possibilities of what it can accomplish... So yes, it is possible. I know for certain that she can interact with those possessing strong magical power.

Yes. There could be others, but I do not know for sure who she would take with her or not.

What happens if she changes something she shouldn't...this thought worries me.

Technically, if an attempt is made to change the past, Return's safety mechanisms should nullify the spell before such a change is made. But as I said before, magic is ambiguous.

Sakura is getting stronger, but I doubt that her magic can support the card if something out of the ordinary were to happen like that. Especially as she has been using her magic quite constantly as of late.
