Transcript of Inauguration:I am Pleased to meet you all.

I am the 87th Successor to the throne of Britannia, Nunnally Vi Britannia. I shall be replacing Duke Calares, who passed away earlier, and assume the position of Area 11's Governor.

I cannot see or walk properly and that is why I ask for everyone's help. So, I look forward to working with everyone.

This is ratherly early but, I'm like to ask everyone's cooperation with something. I would like to re-establish the Special Administrative Region of Japan. Inside the Special Administrative Region of Japan, Britannians and Numbers will be treated equally, and Elevens will regain their names as "Japanese".

In the past, Unfortunate happenings took place in the Special Adminitrative Region of Japan. But I believe that it's aim is true... that of an equal and gentle world...

I would like to ask everyone from the Black Knights to take part in Japan, as well. If we can admit to our mitakes, then we will be able to do this again. That is what I believe.

Yet despite your kind words, do you truly believe the more aggressive of your constituents will be appeased? Not all of your citizenry will seek forgiveness. Some will indeed look to find vengeance instead.

I know that there are many hard feelings built up in the past. However, I believe that if we work toward it, we can accomplish the goal. People have their anger and hate, but they also have love, and acceptance, do they not?

People may have love and acceptance within them, but it is a mistake to believe these softer emotions will overpower the darker ones they possess. Humanity is not so easily discouraged from warfare.

The declaration of peace alone, even from a gentle voice, will not be enough to convince them a kinder path than conflict is the correct one.
