Uh, hello Drama Drama Duck. So I understand someone was talking about some kind of regulations, or laws concerning different worlds and how to handle things when traveling from one to the other. There were apparently a bunch of kidnappings recently.

Shouldn't there be some kind of court and law system to handle cases like this, just because the kidnapped have been rescued doesn't mean those responsible wont continue. They should be punished in some way!

... yes. He's very dangerous. He-- he kidnaps demons and uses them in his experiments.

Experiments? Maybe..a restraining order. This is why we need a justice system that goes beyond individual worlds.
