To why I bother with remaining here escapes me, other than for reasons pertaining to my duty as Captain. For those who have not met me, I am Kuchiki Byakuya, Shinigami and Captain of the 6th division in Soul Society. Do not expect me to be gregarious, as your existence is of little significance to me.

We have dealt with the one named Rufus ShinRa. His soul is fully purified, but he remains under a stringent set of regulations from Soul Society. Kurosaki Ichigo has been directed to deport his soul to Hell if he attempts even the slightest act of iniquity. You will listen to our commands, Kurosaki.

I must say Kurosaki, the puerile manner in which you charged into battle on that planet serves only to prove your lack of skill. Though, I should not expect much from one under the training of Shihouin Yourichi and Kisuke Urahara. If you wish to truly improve, I would suggest instruction under one more qualified ~~as myself.~~
