Well, I'm back. Rescue mission proved successful in the end, although I'm worried about Jeri. Although I can't blame her considering what happened, she doesn't seem like herself. ~~I mean, if someone murdered Renamon in front of me....~~

And we had quite an adventure, even though we ran into him while in the Digital World. And Renamon finally reached her Mega form of Sakuyamon when we bio-merged, it was beautiful. ~~We could feel a new sense of compassion for all living things, so many need help~~.

We met up with the Gods of the Digital World and learnt this whole thing started as they were looking to combat something they called "Chaos" and "The True Enemy" before they sent us away to catch a ride back home.

Oh great. It's not over yet, looks like the Chaos decided to follow us home....

And yeah, it's bad. In the world we originally enountered it, it was capable of deleting everything it touched.

Megatron is this big mean leader of the Decepticons who wants to take over the world.

Ouch. That sounds really bad.

What makes it worse is it got to the district of Tokyo we live in and is getting larger.

Great, evil alien robots disguised as human vehicles, right?. Sounds 'fun'.

'Gods of the Digital World'?

What are they like?

Azulongmon is a transparent oriental-style Dragon with a face-mask, chains wrapped about his body, white feathery wings and a mustache. Zhuqiaomon is a fire-bird with four eyes and the one behind why we ended up in the Digital World in the first place.
We didn't get to know the other two as well as they more or less showed up as we were made to leave, but Ebonwumon is a two-headed turtle with a tree on his shell while Baihumon is a masked white tiger.

Generally they're the four most powerful Digimon in existance and wanted to save their kind and their world with the help of what Calumon can do. When that was done, they sent us away saying this wasn't our fight.

Weird. I would have thought that the gods of the digital world would have been more like people, or computer programs.

Digimon or Digital Monsters can take many forms. For example Renamon, my partner, looks like a fox, Takato's partner is a red dinosaur and Henry's looks like a rabbit while Kazu had a robot.

I've only ever met digital people, not animals or anything. At least, not intelligent ones.

Maybe I could introduce you to my partner when this is all over.

That would be kind of neat.

From what you've mentioned...do digital people have their own world where you are?

Yes, they do, and it's Digital Monsters.

There...are digital people in our world, but they're confined to one big building called the Limitless Fortress. Most of them don't even know if they're digital or not. We don't have any Digital Monsters.
