Breaking from the monotony, I went outside today and there was...I don't even know what to call them but I'm having doubts I'll be going out again very soon. Which is bothersome- I really wanted to stretch my wings.

Also I recall people breaking out in stars and then turning to dust, amusing as it seemed to die in such a way, it wasn't at all...pretty, as it were. Rather bland honestly.

Not that I'd usually ask anything like this on ordinary occurrence, knowing this community, but it does beg the question...Did I miss something?

I believe it is. Akuma have a virus in their bullets that cause the stars that you saw, and the humans fall to dust quite quickly. There is no cure for the virus.

I'm not sure why or how they've wound up in other worlds, though. So far as I know, the Duke doesn't know about the community.
