Well, this is a new feature of the internet. I’ve been watching for a little while and I must say I’m intrigued – confused of course, but that is the price of discovery. I should thank a friend actually, who helped me stumble upon this- [the static gets louder, crackling everything out for a moment before the voice returns.]

Sorry, on the move. Work never ceases, even if you want it to. [His voice is pleasantly casual.] Though I really do need to make time to return a wallet to a friend’s father, ah, listen to me go on. Travel, sometimes it makes me a little light headed.

So can I bother anyone for a better explanation? Catching only bits and pieces honestly confused me more.

That's the city of Ostia, capital of the Lycian League on the continent of Elibe. If you're from Earth, I've gathered that none of those exist there.
