Guys. Guys, jesus, look.
[a camera clicks on and visible is Stopmo City-- but-- wait. It's rebuilt. The city is back in all it's cybergawth glory-- the paper laterns remained, but it now has a gothic edge. It's kind of really beautiful. When Rain speaks, although he's masked in the video, the edge he usually forces into his voice is gone-- he actually just sounds like a normal person, not the ~hardcore vigilante he pretends to be.]
Guys, I don't know how in the world it happened, but it's back. Stopmo City's back how it should be-- hell, better. This is crazy, but not the bad kind, yknow?
[more quietly;] Maybe everybody'll come back now. Everybody that lived, anyways.
[The video clicks back off.]
So I guess this means my work here's done.
... it's weird, yknow? I never thought I'd actually be done. But everything's back the way it should be.

Since you're looking for plots for Rain-- Azula locked a part of her latest journal entry to him, about possibly going after Dr. Tenenbaum and her injection thingy.
