Hold on a second!

Wow, there sure are a lot of new people joining! I, uh... I can't really keep track of all of you guys, so do you think you could introduce yourselves to me?

Yeah, that'd work! Just tell me your name, and something so I can remember you. Like... How about you tell me your name, and your favorite thing to do!

Silver, just Silver. I will be the world's most powerful Pokemon Master!

I'm getting more powerful all the time.

Pokemon are like...shit...

Pokemon are beings from my world that are spiritually connected to Arceus the Creator. We kinda capture them and battle them against eachother for sport. It's also the basis of the economy AND the government which would explain all the crime.

Eheh. They have no choice. Capture balls spirit link them to you. And, yes, they get stronger but so do I. Controlling and training Pokemon requires immense strength of will. The weak cannot do it. At least not for long. But they try, which I think angers the Gods.

I do. But I also use Pokemon. It's the central point of our entire culture. Has been for a few centuries now.

As we use our Pokemon, we get stronger. Those who can master Ghost-types are mediators, those who master psychic types are powerful Psions. It takes lots of time and effort to become powerful. And I need to become the most powerful of them all to get my revenge on someone.

It's a way of life!

And I bear this person great ill will. I have my reasons.

Normal jobs? Yeah. Alot of them still use Pokemon, though, even they don't use them for battling.

If they were captured in a Capture Ball then they have no choice but to serve us. Of course, if we become weak and they surpass our strength they become disobedient.

The ones that work usually don't mind. Arceus is a passive God, his children watch us. Once upon a time Humans and the Children of Arceus lived in harmony. Now, with the Capture Ball technology, the balance is askew. I can't really explain it but I think it's only a matter of time before something terrible happens. An inevitable bloody fallout. Religion vs History vs Science.

....You're kidding right? This is our culture, this way things have been for hundreds of years. Dude, I just explained this!

I have no choice. Changing things takes time. We're on the edge of chaos right now as is. Change will come. Good or bad, I can't say.

My opponent will try to destroy me with Pokemon. Alone I'd stand no chance. Pokemon are deadly beings.

Part of strength is accepting what you cannot change, you know.
