Backdated to 15th, after he's normal.

So, uh, about how I was acting.

I don't want to quit my job.

And I know I'm a good cop. It's just Kid is that good of a thief.

I just get frustrated and that shadow thing went out of control with it.

...

Problems with Aoko are something that's between me and her, so I'd appreciate no one else asking about that.

Any concerns, I guess I'll answer them.

And thanks to you kids who help me get back to normal. And I'll help out in getting other people to normal.

You still should.

[identity profile] br0ken-clock.livejournal.com 2010-01-18 05:04 pm (UTC)(link)
You're still a lousy father figure.

[identity profile] br0ken-clock.livejournal.com 2010-01-19 04:37 pm (UTC)(link)
Perhaps, but It doesn't make it less true.

[identity profile] br0ken-clock.livejournal.com 2010-01-21 06:02 pm (UTC)(link)
No, what matters are the proofs. And proofs say that you are a lousy father.

Dad, I'm sorry about what happened.

I know that. Me too, it wasn't only your fault.

You work really hard to be sure we have all we need, I understood that.

You're not a bad father at all.

It's fine, we will work on that.

[Naoto was definitely there to help him!]

We all have moments of doubt, sir. I'm just glad that you're back to normal!

[identity profile] truthinfortune.livejournal.com 2010-01-18 11:29 pm (UTC)(link)
To be honest, it was rather disconcerting to see you so down...

I'm all for it! And once we dispel the fog and return the taskforce to normal, I'm certain that they'll be just as excited about the prospect!

[identity profile] truthinfortune.livejournal.com 2010-01-20 03:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Fire? You? The great Ginzo Nakamori? Who in their right mind would want to fire the leading man on the Kaitou Kid taskforce?

Precisely! We should all go out and celebrate, together! Erm... I can still come along, right? I know I'm not old enough to drink legally...

[identity profile] truthinfortune.livejournal.com 2010-01-21 07:53 pm (UTC)(link)
I see... I suppose in the city, they can afford to do that. At least, that's probably the case. Otherwise, I can't imagine why Adachi would have been kept on as a detective for so long...

R-Right! I mean, I know that going out to the bar after a long day at work is mostly a "guy thing," but... it's something I've always wanted to do with my co-workers. I never got the chance before, because I wasn't able to grow close to my co-workers back in Inaba, so it would have just been awkward if a kid like me tried to tag along...

[identity profile] truthinfortune.livejournal.com 2010-01-22 08:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, at the time, the Inaba Police Department was convinced I was a boy. But because I was still "just a snot-nosed kid," we didn't socialize much. Only Adachi actually acknowledged my presence at the station...

I'll look forward to it! And I can pay for my fair share, too. I may be young, but I'm responsible with my money.

[Way to go, you're making her blush now.]

They... really say that about me?

Well, I'm used to that sort of attention by now. From girls, anyway. That's probably why the media gave me the nickname of the "Detective Prince," due to the fact that I have such a strong fan following among women of all ages. It's sort of funny, when you think about it. Even though the girls at school know I'm not really a boy, they still send me love notes, and now some of the boys are adding their own.

[identity profile] truthinfortune.livejournal.com 2010-01-25 07:52 am (UTC)(link)
[Ffffffffffft. She'll start getting love notes in her locker at work now?]

I suppose so... At least, that's the reason they cited for my popularity during the Miss Yasogami High Beauty Pageant.

[Oh god, Naoto will feel kinda bad... XD]

Erm... Yosuke-senpai signed us all up without our knowledge or consent, and some stupid clause prevented us from withdrawing, even if someone else signed us up.

But Chie-senpai got back at him! We signed all the boys up for the crossdressing pageant. Even Kaito squeezed in as a last minute contestant!

[Man needs to watch his blood pressure. Naoto will probably try to subtly foist some relaxing herbal teas onto him.]

Apparently someone like Ms. Kashiwagi, Senpai's homeroom teacher. Let's just say, she wanted to win, but only if there was some "worthy" competition...

[identity profile] truthinfortune.livejournal.com 2010-01-26 07:20 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes... Ms. Kashiwagi is... rather unorthodox, to put it lightly.
