I am looking for someone with the capability- through technology, or personal power, or any other method- to perform alterations on the memory. Specifically, I am looking to remove the memories of a specific person. I suppose something like hypnotism could work, but I'm really looking for something a bit stronger.

If you have this capability, seek me out and we will negotiate payment.

There are a few shinigami who can do that around here- it's a kidou or somethin'. I ain't got a great memory so I can't help ya, but just ask for onea them and they're likely to help ya. No payment involved.

Hm. I've never heard of anything like that that can be done with humans. Computers, sure (and I guess by extent a Navi like me, although I wouldn't want it to happen) but never people. I suppose it could be though? At least with the right person at the controls.
