What do you do when your jackass of a friend gets drafted into an occult and stops talking to you and his dad doesn't do anything about it either?

Strange 'enforcer' dudes at the Indian reservation that intimidated my buddy for weeks. Suddenly he dropped off the face of the planet and when I saw him next he wouldn't talk to me, cut his hair, got a tattoo, and is their best friend now.
