So, people of DDD, a few questions for you.
Do you have any sort of trademark? Something you say, do, or wear, are never seen without? If you do, what does it mean to you? Did you put thought into it or pick it up on a whim? Does it represent or remind you of something?

On a somewhat related note, is anyone here into symbolism?

Yes and no. It was our Master's symbol but it was something that we are using to cement our resolve. At least I am.

While you don't want my thoughts on religion then, is there anything in particular that resonates with you?

I never thought about it. In fact, I thought I was done with symbols altogether, at least for myself... so now I'm just looking for ideas. Your Flamel sounds interesting so far.

Well yeah. Each symbol has personal meaning when you apply it to yourself doesn't it? Personally, I'd like to think I'm going to persue knowledge and overturn God. Because I have to.

They're negative and if you're religious...let's just say people don't like that. God doesn't do a damn thing for you, waiting around for him to is a waste of your life.

It's an interesting symbol with diverse meanings I'll give it that. Alchemy has a ton of symbols and representations, but you know, you have to kind of go with what you like and make it personal.

I like the Flamel because it's the idea of knowledge and wisdom although I don't think it will bring me closer to god, it will bring me closer to taking him down. To do what I need to, I need to knock the crown out of its place.

No-one should rely only on their beliefs. Being religious should never be an excuse for being weak, intolerant or ignorant.

Well my case is kind of special right? I have to play God and win, unlike last time where I played God and lost. But that was...stupid. No God would forgive my sins as they are, should he exist.

I used to have a few things in mind but... those were all pretty much tied to my own world.

Different places bring forth different beliefs. Besides, I wouldn't blame all of that on any God... it's a person's choice to start a war, isn't it?

What were you doing in your world anyway? I just realized I don't know that much about your world, except you were investigating something.

Yeah I could understand that kind of feeling. I mean, it's not a good one and you shouldn't...well acting in revenge tends to end in disaster because it's a cycle, but I guess that's human nature.

It really is in some cases. I mean...it's just too much sometimes. Too much power. Our Fuhrer is pretty insane, at least I think so. He's really got my hackles up what with visiting me and all. Still weirds me out.

I don't trust him one bit. But it's not just him, any one individual's actions can make a big difference. They can or can't ruin a life just through a stupid mistake.
