[The video opens up on Mal and Dom, laying on the floor of their house, fast asleep and hooked up to some machine.

They both sit up, looking dazed and confused. But Dom seems to snap out of it sooner than Mal does. He leans over, kissing her cheek lightly as she starts to cry slightly, wiping away a stray tear.
