[Your view is of a frame of padded bars - those familiar with the vehicle might recognize it as the rollcage of a dune buggy of some sort, though longer and lower than buggies usually are, about the shape of a sports car. Beyond the roll cage is a desert, or apparently so - the driving sandstorm makes it hard to see much else, but the view's tinted very slightly reddish with crosshairs in the center.
A huge wall with an odd circular structure set into it looms out of the clouds of sand, and the structure irises open to reveal a garage, which the view moves into - a grinding noise suggests that it's closed behind him. The viewpoint moves upward and leaves the vehicle, as if it was attached to the head of someone getting out, and heads for a smaller door that opens automatically, passing through to a city composed mainly of yellow bricks.
The person on whose head the camera seems to be riding enters a building and sits down at a desk with a computer, at which point the camera moves forward and downward quickly, turning around as it does until you have a very decent view of a fairly familiar blue-jacketed chest. Jak fiddles around behind the view for just a moment before sitting back and clicking around on the computer, looking satisfied.]
I actually wasn't sure that would work without asking Keira. But it looks like I can record for the community from my goggles now. Nice to know.

[He reaches out to switch the view over to the computer's webcam and puts the goggles back on.]

... And now that I've said that the world's probably going to need saving again any day now.

If you get bored you could visit the Dreaming. There is hardly a duel moment here.
